We act as liaison between sellers who are looking to eliminate idle inventory and buyer who are looking to add extra profit to their bottom line.
We have different programs to benefit sellers that are just undertaking the task of cleaning up their idle inventory to the seasoned pro who sells idle inventory on a monthly basis.
This is a simple four step process that all buyers, sellers and Parts Exchange networks use
- Step one the seller will verify that the parts on the offer are the parts they want to move, that the quantities are correct and that the packaging is in OEM condition. Then you simply make any quantity changes and accept the offer and our system will automatically email the buyer to let them know they have an opportunity to purchase your parts.
- Step two the buyer approves the parts that he needs at the time the offer is submitted to him. Our buyers are working several buys daily and may eliminate some parts that they have purchased on an offer made earlier in the day. The buyer then accepts the confirmed parts and our system automatically generates an email letting the seller know the offer has been approved by the buyer along with the buying dealers contact information.
- Step three the seller pulls parts and boxes them in preparation to ship parts to the buyer. We recommend that the seller contact the buyer to see if he would like to assign a purchase order number or simply use the A1 Parts Mover offer number to generate their invoice.
- Step four the buyer receives the parts and will verify parts count and packing condition. After the offer has been finalized the buyer will send payment directly to the seller within net 15 terms. Please note any part that is not in OEM condition will be sent back to the seller at the sellers expense.
